These are the reason you buy the book… but I actually got significantly more enjoyment out of the last chapter. Kotter covers how the fact that the pace of change is starting to produce leaders that are dedicated to a lifetime of learning. He follows several current leaders who didn’t look like leaders until late in their careers. As a guy writing a book review blog post on a vacation day, I hope he’s right.
